Bodywork session will be available from October 2024
Turning a Breech baby.
Breech presentantion can be an indication of assymetry in the soft tissue of a womans pelvis.
If breech presentantion is indicated by palpation or ultrasound then now is the time to make contact for soft tissue release and pelvic alignment.
Gentle, non-invasive body alignment and the exercises given may allow enough space for baby to turn on their own, or allow for a more successful outcome if an E.C.V (external cephalic inversion) is to be attempted by an obstetrician.
A 1.5 hour session is recommended for all breech presentations.
A follow up 1 hour session could also be recommended.
Payment plans are available please make contact.
