These sessions empower women to know what they need to allow for the safe arrival of their baby. Sessions with Emily will commence from October 2024. |
Pre & Post Partum CoachingSarah is a pregnancy and post-partum exercise coach offering 1:1 and group exercise sessions. These sessions can be adapted to suit individual needs and levels of fitness. As a Clinical Pilates Instructor with over 10 years experience in the exercise industry, Sarah is able to use her skills to help mothers gain strength and mobility in preparation for childbirth. Following childbirth, Sarah can guide mums to begin exercise safely.
